                                                                          Our Mission Statement:

The mission of the Palm Valley Community Association is to provide responsible management of community assets and enhance property values.

In concert with the management company, we strive to adhere to all legal/governing documents while serving the best interests of homeowners.

We encourage homeowner input, participation, and cooperative working relationships with the goal of promoting neighborhoods where people want to live.

Palm Valley is a 9,000 acre master planned community located about a mile north of Interstate 10 in Goodyear, Arizona, approximately 20 miles west of downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. Started in 1993, the community now includes several thousand homes and continues to grow. In addition to housing, Palm Valley offers its residents parks, churches, schools, medical services, professional and commercial offices, banks, retail centers, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, fitness centers and more, all within minutes of the heart of the community.

Palm Valley Phase 1 offers residents beautiful homes in an established community with solid values for all lifestyles – singles, young families, households with teens, empty nesters and retirees. There are wide tree-lined streets, safe neighborhoods day and night, scenic mountain views, blue skies, vibrant sunsets, year round sunny days and a friendly atmosphere that lets you feel at home right away.

The Palm Valley Homeowners Association represents the residents of Phase 1 of the community. There are approximately 1,300 homes in a dozen neighborhoods in Phase 1, each with its own character. Winding through our community are the fairways of the 7,000 yard Palm Valley Championship Golf Course. We are also home to the Palm Valley Elementary School, a city owned park and playground, and several community "pocket" parks.

We are adjacent to the Abrazo West Campus (Hospital), the Palm Valley Medical Campus, the Southwest Valley YMCA, and Estrella Mountain Community College. Within two miles there are dozens of restaurants, professional office parks, seven supermarkets, and more than ten places of worship. National retailers include Target, Kohl’s, JC Penney, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Petsmart, JoAnn's and OfficeMax.
