Welcome to the Tenant section that provides you with information regarding the HOA rules and regulations. We understand that you are not the homeowner, but we do have guidelines for tenants that live within our community.
The basic rules are to assure that we all live in this community and respect the rights of others. It's as simple as picking up after your animals when walking them in our neighborhood areas, maintaining landscaping in our yards, limiting noise levels in the early morning and evening hours, obeying speed limits in our neighborhoods and sweeping up leftover debris from bulk trash pickup.

There is also a property management form that needs to be filled out and submitted to the HOA if your homeowner has not already had you sign a copy. This form allows the information to be sent where it's needed and not always sent to the home address located in Palm Valley Phase 1. You'll find an attachment that will need to be kept current with phone numbers and email addresses for both parties.
