Important Palm Valley HOA Phase 1 Announcement:

The PALM VALLEY HOA Meeting scheduled for April 22, 2020 has been cancelled.
Due to the Executive Order and our community safety, the following will be closed:

Palmilla Pool and playground equipment in Palm Valley Phase 1.
2. Palmilla Gate to remain closed including the last Saturday of the month.
Walking paths will remain open but maintain the recommended 6 feet apart and avoid groups and gathering places.
Palm Valley Golf Club will remain open but--please, do not walk, ride bikes, or walk pets on the golf course. This includes cart paths, golf course and desert areas. We have been notified that violators will be prosecuted as trespassers.
Music should not be heard outside of your property.
Please do not allow children to play in the street as this is unsafe.
You may have heard that people are putting up Christmas lights to spread cheer during Coronavirus. Social media users have been using the hashtags #LightsForLife and #CoronaKindness and posting photos of their festive lights in attempt to keep spirits up and boost community morale. The Palm Valley Community will allow holiday lights to be displayed during this pandemic. Inflatables and other holiday decorations are not allowed, only lights.
